A Lawful Development Certificate for a seasonal workers mobile home was obtained by Bloomfields on behalf of a bespoke cider and ‘smallholding’ business.

The mobile home is required to provide on-site accommodation during harvest and livestock birthing seasons.  After carefully setting out the agricultural justification for the mobile home requirements and liaising with the Council’s agricultural advisor, a Certificate was granted.

This will enable the smallholders to ensure high animal welfare standards and accommodation for labourers.
