We are pleased to have been granted approval for nearly 4000 square feet of new commercial office space in a scenic vantage point up on the Kent Downs AONB. Working with colleagues at Ashford Borough Council, we were able to ensure that the application could be approved in accordance with the parameters of Government legislation. This represents a great result for our client who will now be able to expand their home-working business environment into a suitable commercial premise.
