Bloomfields have been successful in working with Rother District Council to get a favourable decision for a new house in the countryside.  This was achievable after Bloomfields proposed the change of use of an office facility to a house working within the confines of a single storey building.  Last minute changes to drawings and layout were required in a short time frame following requests from the Council. This favourable decision was achieved within 56 days of being received by the Council.  With wide-reaching views of the countryside, a beautiful house can now be provided on site.
