Planning permission has been obtained for the instatement of a new village plaque and the replacement of the existing dated windows at Horsmonden Social Club building with new timber sash windows which will preserve the historic interest of the building. Bloomfields is very pleased to have assisted the Parish Council with obtaining the relevant permission to carry out its improvements to the hall, which is a much-valued community asset.
