The existing dwelling was a moderate one-bedroom property, which Bloomfields have been able to extend in line with Technical Housing Standards. Bloomfield’s strategic planning enabled this permission through a two-step application process.
Our client is now in receipt of appropriate planning to enable the replacement for a three-bedroom property, which has also been relocated to allow for far fetching views across the Kent countryside. Moving forward, we will be assisting this client with the necessary condition discharges to facilitate the build process.
