Bloomfields has secured planning permission for the erection of a building for office use following the demolition of two portal-framed buildings on a site within the countryside and Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

A robust case was made within the application that the site constituted previously developed land and therefore, the principle of redevelopment was acceptable.

The proposed building was carefully designed to ensure that it would be readily integrated into its rural location, along with additional landscaping and biodiversity enhancements.
