Retrospective permission granted for enlarged stable building and kennels

Following an investigation by the Council’s Planning Enforcement Team, Bloomfields were instructed to prepare and submit a planning application to regularise the enlargement of an existing stable block and adjacent kennels.

Bloomfields successfully demonstrated that the enlargements are acceptable in Flood Zone 2 and does not result in harm to the wider landscape setting of the countryside.  Planning permission was subsequently granted, resolving the enforcement matter.
