This building was formally used for Light Industrial purposes as a working studio for a luxury women’s fashion business, dating back to 2001. Bloomfields were instructed to apply for a change of use of the building and land on the plot. The development plans were for three dwelling houses in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Beauty. Bloomfields successfully achieved the change of use status, demonstrating the specific criteria resulting in development plans being approved.
