Having already obtained prior notification for a 1000 sqm concrete bin pad, Bloomfields built upon this fallback position to provide a large fruit farmer with a suitable storage building, yard area and concrete bin store to modernise their holding.

The existing traditional buildings on site were inappropriate for modern agricultural practices, so a modern purpose-built building was required to store machinery securely and provide workers amenity facilities. The Council was provided with a thorough agricultural justification and planning permission was approved without delay.
