Second new home approved in client’s back garden

Following the granting of an earlier planning permission for a new home in our client’s garden, Bloomfields has successfully obtained permission for another new 4-bedroom home, increasing the original single plot to become three detached homes.  Matters of the principle of building new homes in this location had been established via an allowed appeal for the first new home on one side of the original house, which set a precedent for a further new home on the other side of the original home.
