Following the halting of their previous vehicle repair workshop business, our clients were looking to make use of the redundant building to create a bespoke dwelling. Bloomfields proposed a sensitive conversion scheme that met our clients’ needs and enhanced the setting of the site within an AONB.

Working closely with the Council, we demonstrated that there was no continuing need for the building for commercial purposes, and a residential conversion was wholly appropriate. We’re now working with our client to discharge conditions so that building can commence.
