Bloomfields have secured a Lawful Development Certificate to enable the continued stationing and occupation of 15 mobile units, 8 of those receiving immunity for year-round occupation.

Throughout the application process, we were able to meet the case officer on site to discuss the historic occupation. As a result of this communication, the Local Planning Authority were content that occupation of the units was satisfactory.
