Bloomfields have designed and received approval for a two storey side extension and loft conversion to a 1930’s semi in the metropolitan Green Belt. The approved design opens up the existing building to provide a comfortable modern layout with improved connections to the garden. A 98m² increase in floor area, including the loft conversion, allows for 2 extra bedrooms, an ensuite to master bedroom, a separate dining room and much needed additional storage. New timber cladding over the existing pebbledash will help neaten up the appearance of the building and also allow for external insulation to help improve energy efficiency.
