As of today (20 January) Dover District Council published the first draft (Regulation 18) of the new Local Plan. This sets the vision and framework for development within the district up until 2040.
The eight-week consultation period which opens today until 17the March 2021, invites local people, businesses, community groups and statutory consultees to review and comment on the plan. Despite the current pandemic a website has been created to allow as many people as possible to have their say as well as view the documentations involved (www.doverdistrictlocalplan.co.uk)
