Updates have been made to the Maidstone and Swale validation checklist and it is now out for consultation. Creating and maintaining a valid checklist helps to provide clarity for applicants/agents during the validation process. The full checklist can be found on the authorities website.
The consultation period is open for comments until 26 February 2021.
