Dartford Borough Council have published that the Independent Planning Inspector concluded the examination of the Dartford Local Plan and have issued a report declaring the Local Plan is sound and legally compliant (subject to modifications).
This subsequently means that the Local Plan can now be considered at a full Council meeting for formal adoption which will officially bring the Plan into force and provide the spatial strategy, site allocations and development management policies for the Borough up to 2037. The date of this meeting is to be confirmed in due course.
