After obtaining a Lawful Development Certificate for the use of two mobile homes as a dwelling, Bloomfields has successfully obtained full planning permission for a two-bedroom home.

The replacement house will allow the applicant’s daughter and her family to stay on site in more comfortable accommodation.

The house was allowed with an increase to the overall garden size, and with a designated parking area.
