Bloomfields was approached after a Council’s enforcement queried the need for 5 mobile homes on a site which did not benefit from planning permission.  On review, the Bloomfields team established that four of the units were permitted by default of time whilst the fifth needed to be justified on the grounds of agricultural requirement. With the site adjacent to a Conservation Area, a Heritage Statement was required to accompany the application. The two applications were supported and the applicant can now keep their 5 units on site lawfully.
