Change of use of agricultural buildings to flexible Class E uses

Bloomfields have successfully secured planning permission for the change of use of agricultural buildings to enable commercial uses falling within Use Class E to operate from the site.

The buildings were already in commercial use, with Bloomfields able to successfully demonstrate that the new uses are appropriate in this rural location and are not harmful to the amenities of the area including to adjoining neighbouring residential properties.

By securing planning permission, Bloomfields have retained commercial Class E uses at the site, continuing to help support a prosperous rural economy and provide job opportunities in the locality.

Furthermore, permission has secured the use of the site for the applicant, removing the potential for any enforcement action to be taken against them.
