Two mobile homes granted retrospective consent as holiday lets

Following negotiations with the enforcement team, Bloomfields submitted an application to regularise the siting of two mobile homes to be used as holiday accommodation.  In doing so, the team worked with external consultants to demonstrate that harm would not arise from the location within a flood zone, while also demonstrating that the units are sustainably located for tourist accommodation, albeit within the open countryside.
