Class Q success to convert dairy building to 5 bedroom house

In conjunction with the Lambert & Foster agency team who marketed the estate, Bloomfields provided guidance on maximising the planning potential of their client’s assets.  In doing so, Bloomfields submitted a Prior Approval application for the conversion of a former dairy building to a 5-bedroom dwellinghouse, working with a structural engineer to demonstrate that the building was substantially capable of conversion without significant alteration.
