Bloomfields have successfully secured permission for a single storey extension to a residential annexe.
Following informal engagement with the local planning authority, Bloomfields were able to successfully secure planning permission for a single storey extension to an annexe in a countryside location set within the High Weald AONB.
Bloomfields demonstrated careful design and massing to ensure the resultant building would not be at odds with or cause harm to the rural landscape within the High Weald AONB. Furthermore, the extension enables a bedroom and bathroom to be provided at ground floor level, which improves the useability and level of amenity to future occupants.
