Bloomfields has secured the successful discharge of four separate conditions attached to a major planning permission on a 20,000 square metre site for the instillation of two new 60m parallel dairy beef calf rearing buildings, a new biodiversity wildlife pond, and a large earth bank to provide a visual screen from views from the South Downs National Park.
The LPA required further details in respect to the development’s drainage, its soft landscaping and its ecological enhancement, as well as a construction management plan. Through regular correspondence with the LPA as well as specialist consultants, the approval of conditions was confirmed after the submission of a comprehensive supporting statement as well as bespoke advice from contractors, all project managed successfully by Bloomfields.
