After winning a Class Q (agricultural to residential) appeal, Bloomfields made a submission to discharge various conditions relating to the proposal. This included dealing with materials, landscape details, drainage matters and a few other elements. At the same time as dealing with these elements the team at Bloomfields took the opportunity to resubmit an application which could facilitate an extension of time before which the application would need to be completed by. This has given the applicant a much greater degree of flexibility for when they need to commence and complete works by. The dwelling, which is not restricted by an agricultural tie has a super location in the middle of the countryside and which creates a valuable asset for the client.
