The Council have certified a Certificate of Lawfulness application confirming that a hybrid planning consent comprising outline planning permission for the erection of 13 dwellings and full planning permission for the erection of 12 Almshouses has been lawfully implemented.
A strong case was presented that the development was lawfully implemented, having regard to relevant case law and requirements.
This allows the landowner to move forwards with the development.
