New Agricultural Building

Bloomfields are pleased to have secured consent for a new agricultural workshop to support the operational needs of an expanding agricultural holding.

We successfully demonstrated, through the provision of a Prior Notification application, that the new workshop building met the requirements for Permitted Development on an agricultural holding of 5 or more hectares, and thus permission was granted through a 28 day notice.  The application also clearly set out that the development would not result in any adverse impact on the wider rural setting of the Surrey Hills.

This outcome will enable the storage of maintenance equipment needed to manage and maintain the farm and the landscape in which it is set.
