Despite having already achieved outline consent on the wider farm holding for four dwellings, and having also utilised permitted development to have already achieved three dwellings, Bloomfields were able to obtain permission for an apple cold store to be converted to two further houses.  The architectural team at Bloomfields worked to establish how the dwellings could meet the ‘habitable test’ whilst designing a layout that also gave due regard to a flood risk zone that went through the building.
