Outline planning permission obtained for residential dwelling

Bloomfields has recently obtained outline planning permission for the erection of a new residential dwelling on under-utilised garden land within the urban confines in Medway.  Bloomfields were able to successfully present a case for development which focused on how a new dwelling would be wholly in keeping with the pattern of development in the area and it was ultimately concluded by the Local Planning Authority that the principle of a new dwelling would be acceptable subject to the approval of Reserved Matters.
