Bloomfields have successfully obtained permission to extend a traditional farm cottage by over 50% of its original footprint. This has provided the clients with a new family room, utility room, and 2 additional bedrooms- one of which containing an en-suite.

Following consultation with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, this extension has been designed with vertical timber boarding and full height glazing to provide for a modern addition which remains cohesive with the character of the original dwelling.
