Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent For Bakery Extension

Bloomfields has obtained planning permission and listed building consent for the internal re-configuration, extension and modernisation of a 17th Century bakery in the borough of Tunbridge Wells. The kitchen, bakery, chiller and storage facilities to the rear of the bakers was in great need of modernisation to ensure health and safety measures could be met as well as ensuring that efficient appliances and baking methods could be employed.

Bloomfields met with the planning and conservation officers on site as part of a pre-application process which ensured that the application was approved ahead of schedule without any concerns in relation to design or impact upon the listed building.
