Bloomfields welcomes work on planning applications of all types and sizes, and recently had great pleasure in securing planning permission to install a garden shed, log store and pergola for a residential rear garden in Swale.

Although development of this nature is normally allowed under Permitted Development rights, this dwelling had been secured through Class Q Permitted Development rights and had the Permitted Development allowances removed through condition.
