Prior Approval not required for Larger Homes Extension

Following a refused Prior Notification application for a Larger Homes Extension and a subsequent withdrawn application at our client’s property in the Green Belt, Bloomfields were able to review and overcome the difficulties with the previous applications to successfully obtain a positive outcome at the third attempt and it was determined that the Prior Approval of the Local Planning Authority was not required for three separate rear extensions to the existing property under the provisions of Permitted Development.
