Bloomfields have successfully obtained retrospective planning permission and Listed Building Consent for a rear porch extension on a Grade II Listed farmhouse, despite applications of this nature being notoriously difficult to navigate through the planning and conservation process, and the porch being erected some 17 years previously. Bloomfields were able to establish the historic significance of the property and demonstrate that the extension, with its respectful design, did not impact its historic core or what makes the property unique and special.
These permissions have enabled the client to proceed with an ongoing sale of the property.
