Bloomfields have successfully obtained planning permission for a secure machinery store extending to 490 square metres to serve a holding of 14 acres.
As part of this application we submitted detailed hay calculations, which enabled the Local Planning Authority to identify that the purpose designed agricultural building was reasonably necessary to support the ongoing agricultural operations.
Following the withdrawal of a prior notification for an agricultural barn and ongoing discussions with the case officer. Bloomfields were able to pre-empt the council’s opinion and reapply with a full application.
Due to our continued monitoring service, Bloomfields were able to constantly monitor the progress of both applications which ultimately enabled a positive permission a week ahead of the Target determination date.
