Following the cessation of a previous vehicle repair workshop business, our clients were looking to make use of the redundant building to create a bespoke dwelling. Bloomfields proposed a sensitive conversion scheme that met our client’s needs and which would enhance the setting of the site within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Working closely with the Council to obtain a positive outcome, we demonstrated that there was no continuing need for the building for commercial purposes, and that a residential conversion was wholly appropriate. We are now working with our client to discharge conditions so that the build can commence.
