Bloomfields has secured permission to convert a barn into a delightful 4 bedroom dwelling in Rolvenden.
Complications initially arose when KCC Ecology requested two additional bat surveys to be undertaken, but they were carried out and published before the application was determined.
A great result from the team; the barn was listed by Lambert & Foster following the approval, and sold in less than a week following significant interest in the proposed dwelling.
