Consent granted for extension to Grade II Listed Building

Planning permission and Listed Building consent was originally granted in 2022 for alterations and extensions to a Grade II listed residential property, however with this consent nearing expiration, Bloomfields were approached to prepare new applications to effectively renew the originally consented scheme and extend the statutory time for implementation for our clients.

Bloomfields were able to successfully demonstrate that the original scheme remained in accordance with relevant local and national planning policies and consent was granted without delay by the Local Planning Authority.
