Bloomfields were instructed to prepare an application for the demolition of an existing garage and the construction of a replacement garage. The existing garage was in a bad state of repair and very unsightly. In contrast, the replacement garage was of a sympathetic design in keeping with the local landscape.
An application for a 2-bay garage was prepared, and the application was subsequently approved, subject to providing an Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Method Statement. Bloomfields prepared the application and successfully discharged this pre-commencement condition, allowing the client to commence the project.
