Eight seasonal agricultural workers mobile homes

A Certificate of Lawfulness was obtained to support a soft fruit propagation business to provide seasonal agricultural workers accommodation for up to 48 workers in eight mobile homes during the months of March to December.  A thorough explanation of the Caravan Act and the permitted development legislation secured this.  Following on from this, separate planning approval was granted to store the mobile homes in situ to remove the requirement to transport them off site.  The infrastructure to support the mobile homes use was also provided.  These permissions provide security for the farm’s accommodation and its workers for plant propagation.
