Holiday let approved as an unrestricted dwellinghouse

Following the dwindling income obtained from a single bed holiday let rental, Bloomfields obtained planning permission to change the use to an unrestricted dwellinghouse.  After careful and prolonged negotiation with Swale Borough Council to negate the requirement for a marketing exercise, the Council agreed that the holiday let use was not viable and it would meet with local and national policy for the restrictive condition to be removed.  This has allowed our client to use the house as a dwelling with no restrictions.
