Bloomfields has successfully obtained outline planning permission for over up to 12 dwellings on the outside a settlement boundary.

The greenfield site was assessed by the Bloomfield’s architectural team and a suitable scheme was development to support the outline application, with all matters reserved, except for access.

Through lengthy discussions and negotiations with the LPA, various issues such as odour from a nearby waste water treatment works, highways and drainage were all overcome though the presentation of additional data or surveys or the scheme amended to resolve the particular issue.

Planning permission was subsequently approved subject to a section 106 legal agreement to secure the delivery of affordable dwellings within the site.
