Retrospective balcony approved without delay

Following initial enquiries from the Council, our client realised that they should have obtained planning permission for a rear balcony that had been erected on their house.  Bloomfields successfully managed the submission and application to ensure that the balcony could be kept in its current form without the need to make it smaller.  Despite similar sized balconies being refused in the area, Bloomfields demonstrated that no amenities would be impacted in terms of overlooking or loss of privacy, ensuring that the application was approved without any delay.
