Bloomfield were once again pleased to provide their planning services to De Linde Architects in a recent success storey. In 2019 Bloomfields initially provided the planning strategy and supporting statement to support the conversion of agricultural barns in the Gren Belt and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). A couple of years on and design changes are being required at short notice. Another succinct planning statement was therefore produced by the Bloomfields team which led to the Council accepting a change of use to the planning condition previously imposed. A great team effort.
