We recently obtained permission for a large scale agricultural barn utilising the farm holding’s agricultural permitted development rights. Following the expansion of these rights, the application was resubmitted to maximise the size of the building and new yard area to take advantage of the new 1500 sq m allowance. This was approved without delay by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
