Change of use of agricultural building to micro pub

Bloomfields have successfully secured planning permission for the change of use of an agricultural building to a micro pub.

Bloomfields were able to successfully demonstrate that the new use is appropriate in this rural location, and that it would not be harmful to the amenities of the area including to adjoining neighbouring residential properties.

Furthermore, a micro pub would add to existing community facilities in the locality and would help to support a prosperous rural economy and provide job opportunities in the locality.

Bloomfields were delighted to be able to help facilitate the creation of a new hospitality venue for use by both the local community and visitors to the area.
