Change of use of existing detached garage to residential annexe accommodation

Bloomfields are pleased to have secured planning permission for the change of use of a detached garage into a residential annexe, with the intended end user being a disabled family member.  The application included modifications to the existing structure to enable its conversion and adaption to the living space to ensure that it complied with Part M of the building regulations.

It is often small scale applications of this nature that can make the biggest impact to the clients.  Bloomfields were pleased to gain a positive decision for the client, with a quick turnaround, which has enabled a positive care and support package for their relative.
