Lawful Development Certificate approved for stable building

Bloomfields successfully argued that stables could be provided within the large residential curtilage of a dwellinghouse under the Class E householder permitted development provisions.  As the stable building would be incidental to the occupants of the main house and had been designed to comply with all positioning, sizing and legislation parameters, Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council issued a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed development without delay.
