Retrospective change of use for an equestrian paddock

Bloomfields are pleased to have secured retrospective consent for an equestrian field in rural Folkestone.  Despite the field being used for equestrian uses for a long period of time, it didn’t meet the requirements for a Lawful Development Certificate.  Bloomfields were able to advise the client regarding Biodiversity Net Gain, and the National Landscape in which the site was located, and then obtain unrestricted retrospective consent so it could continue its current use lawfully.
