Fourth sand school approved at equestrian centre

Planning Permission was granted by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for a 50m x 20m sand school to provide additional facilities for a well-established equestrian centre.

As it was the fourth sand school at the site, care was taken by Bloomfields to explain the need and justification for the sand school with the Metropolitan Green Belt.  The sand school will enable the equestrian centre to provide sufficient facilities for all of its liveries and riding lessons, whilst also opening up part of the site for alternative residential development.
