Following planning concerns, Bloomfields were instructed to regularise the use of the applicant’s land for the grazing and exercising of horses as well as the erection of a five bay stable building and associated field shelter.

Bloomfields were subsequently able to demonstrate to the local authority that the proposed structures and use of the land would not have a detrimental impact on the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As such, planning permission was granted and the applicant’s were able to continue to keep and tend to their horses on the site.
